Controlled tightening at low torque.
The Hazet 6004CT-3 is designed for controlled tightening in screw connections requiring low torque. With an adjustable torque range of 0.02–0.3 N·m and an accuracy of ±6% when right-handed, it is used in precise assembly operations. The large numerical display makes the set torque value easy to read. The scale value is 0.2 cN·m, or 0.002 N·m.
The ratchet mechanism, with its right, left, and fixed operating modes, makes it easy to re-grip the screwdriver, especially in tight spaces. When the set torque is reached, the mechanism is triggered with an audible and perceptible trigger. The sliding clutch prevents exceeding the set torque when tightening to the right. With a left turn, loosening can be done without torque limitation.
The 1/4" female hexagonal bit holder is compatible with D 6.3 / F 6.3 connector bits. The magnetic holder and mechanical locking system allow for quick one-handed bit changes. The trigger mechanism, made of high-alloy tool steel, is wear-resistant.
The ergonomic 2-component handle, made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and soft TPE grip areas, provides a comfortable and controlled grip during use. The device is 196 mm long and manufactured in Germany. It has been tested according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 standard.
