Controlled Tightening at Low Torque
The HAZET 6004CT-12 is designed for controlled tightening of screw connections requiring low torque. With an adjustable torque range of 0.1–1.2 N·m and an accuracy of ±6% during clockwise tightening, it is suitable for precision assembly work. The large numerical display makes the selected torque setting easy to read. The scale graduation is 1 cN·m, equivalent to 0.01 N·m.
The ratchet mechanism offers clockwise, anticlockwise and fixed modes, allowing smooth regripping, particularly in confined spaces. When the set torque is reached, the mechanism releases with an audible and tactile signal.
The slipping clutch prevents the set torque from being exceeded during clockwise tightening. Anticlockwise rotation allows loosening without torque limitation.
The 1/4" female hexagon bit holder accepts bits with D 6.3 / F 6.3 shanks. The magnetic holder and mechanical locking system allow quick, one-handed bit changes. The release mechanism is made of high-alloy tool steel for wear resistance.
The ergonomic 2-component handle combines glass-fibre-reinforced plastic with soft TPE grip zones for a comfortable, controlled grip. The screwdriver measures 196 mm in length and is manufactured in Germany. It is tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017.
